Dust Buster for Pool Table Cloth

Dust, chalk and lint can damage the cloth surface of your pool table. To maintain a clean, smooth playing surface and extend the wear, brush the fabric regularly. Always brush in one direction only. If you wish to use a vacuum, do not use a shop vac type. Use a soft bristled tapered brush under the rails. Cover the table to prevent dust and particles from settling on the cloth.

Cloth maintenance also depends on correct cue tip maintenance. When the tip is not shaped or scuffed properly, miscue can occur, which will cause burns (which look like faded color areas) on your cloth. Please see previous post on cue tip maintenance.
